That’s where our company comes in. We run a small Veteran-owned, Family-owned business dedicated to serving our most discerning clients with their real estate investments, portfolios, and the purchase and sales of their properties. Through innovative software and a proprietary system we are capable of serving our clients nationwide, at NO cost to you.

We are licensed real estate Brokers with a background in tech and the knowledge and skill to find the right Broker for you, in your area nationwide, who is a master at their craft, knows your market, and is best capable of serving you and representing you throughout the life of your transaction in the legal nuances and the relational and communication skills required to meet your financial goals in real estate.

We win when you win. You pay us nothing – when your Realtor® closes their transaction, they pay us a referral fee that comes out of their commission, as is already typical for real estate referrals among Brokers. But instead of unethically [or downright illegally] collecting your information and selling it off to the highest payer on any number of larger, 3rd party real estate sites we won’t mention here, the difference with us is two-fold:

1. We spend the time with you first, usually through an Education Appointment online or in-person, where we map out your needs, and ask the right questions in getting to know you better.
2. Once we have a better understanding of you and your real estate needs, we match you with a Realtor® who is tried and trusted – someone we ourselves would use! Our reputation is on the line – if for ANY reason you are not satisfied with the agent we referred you too, we will work with you to refer you to another professional in the same market area.

And if vetting the plethora of real estate agents out there to find the right Professional at no cost to you isn’t enough, you can also use us as your way out. Yes – we too have been in situations where we know too many people with a real estate license. Or that one relative who we feel bad about not using. Listen, it’s not them, it’s us! You trusted us with your referral for a reason, and we will not underdeliver. Among other things, we are financially invested in your success – we will only partner you with the Realtor® we know is qualified, experienced, has integrity and excellent at what they do, where they do it. VA loans? Military Base? Beach House? Vacation Home? Retiring? Downsizing? Upsizing? Farm? Land? Marina? Real Estate licensing requirements may all be the same, but that doesn’t mean your needs and the skilled professional you require should be.
